Drama....

Damn pissed with SE service centre support, or at least "Was" damn pissed with them. First, i had to wait for 80 Q nos. which was around a 2.5 hrs wait, and finally when it was my turn, i told the malay lady behind the counter that my phone "ear-speaker" is spoiled. Looking at me ludicrously, like i am supposedly telling a lie, she took my phone and dial 1626. Amazingly, like she had magic touch or something, sound start emitting from the previously dead "ear-speaker".

She asked, "Are you sure?"

OF COZ I AM, does she think i jia ba bo dai zi zou go there stand for 2 and a half hours to play prank on her?

I reply, "Yes."
She, "But its working. Is it people cannot hear you or you cannot hear people?"

I noe my ENG-LAND thank you. Obviously i wont be so dumb to say the wrong thing rite.

Me, "I cannot hear people."
She, "Its working." and proceeds to hand me back the phone and then use her counter phone to call my number.

Sound continued to come out of the phone and with "no-proof" i had to retreat.
On the way back... Eugene called and the ear-speaker went dead AGAIN. lol afterwards it was funny (after looking back now). Just ask Eugene count how many times i tell him "SE Sux, dun buy SE" I think he would have lost count.

That was yesterday.

Today i decided to go back to the same service centre, fully intent on kan-ning the people there. Im sooo not gonna waste another 3 hrs of my life just Q-ing for something which shld have already been done yesterday. When i reached, the Q was relatively short (20 nos.) so i decided not to fuss abt it.

When my turn finally came, i started with, "I came yesterday and reported that my phone's ear-speaker is spoiled, then was told it was working fine, but it wasnt when i got home, so i am here today again."

LoL... i dunnoe if i was too harsh...? Dun think so... But maybe the chinese lady behind the counter got the hint or wat... but today's service was way better, and i must thank that lady for it. Finally the phone is getting its needed repair....

Oh... and guess wat's wrong with the phone? Something is wrong with that 'ear-speaker' and apparently it needs to be knocked a few times everytime it went dead for it to come back to life. AND IT WAS A KNOWN ISSUE.

But then oh well... since its getting repaired now, i have simmered down. lol! Thanks again to the lady who was at the counter today.

Everything is damn funny looking back, especially how i literally spammed Eugene with those messages.
