Thursday, October 13, 2005The Greatest Insanity
Went out on wednesday, to play a game called cashflow 101, haha, not the first time playing, so it was pretty easy for me to achieve the objective haha.
So-called lessons to be learned from the game -
Grab opportunity when u see one.
Learn to leverage on each other.
All those things la haha, always hear these whenever i get the chance to play the game. It is a good game, but it isnt that realistic a game as it claims to be anyway imo, once u played once b4, you will generally know wat to look out for and it gets easy. Besides, the game was made in the american context, haha in singapore, the stock market is so stable, if wan to see such big variations that is pictured in the game, wait long long then maybe la, maybe will have one or two such examples. But then, its still a fun game tho haha.
On the mrt, i saw someone reading the latest streetdirectory of singapore. Yes, he was actually reading it, he was at the index page where the listing of the roadnames, building names, places of interest etc are and he was like going through them page by page lol... pretty wierd eh?
Oh yea, now to my title... saw this phrase somewhere, dunnoe who said it, but it sounds funny in one sense, but pretty true imo...
The greatest insanity, is to do the same thing everyday and expect different results.
